DreamHack has announced that mousesports and Natus Vincere have received invitations to play at the upcoming Open event in Leipzig.
DreamHack's 2016 circuit will kick off on January 22 with a three-day event in the German city of Leipzig featuring several esports tournaments, including a CS:GO competition.
Eight teams will be competing for a total prize pool of $100,000 - a figure which shows DreamHack's commitment to Counter-Strike as this year's Open events that had no ties to FACEIT or the Cluj-Napoca major had just $40,000 on offer.
Na`Vi to attend DH Open Leipzig
After previously announcing Virtus.pro and Luminosity as the first two invited sides, DreamHack has now revealed that the German invite has been handed to mousesports while a international slot has been awarded to Natus Vincere.
This will be the first real test for the German team, who made headlines earlier this week as Fatih "gob b" Dayik made way for Timo "Spiidi" Richter.
The list of participants for DreamHack Leipzig currently stands as follows:

The final two invited teams will be revealed by DreamHack next week, while details about the structure of the qualifying process will be announced "in the near future", the Swedish company has said.
